B&B Sempione Apartment. I was 23 years old when I bought the apartment, and I already knew that one day it would become a bed and breakfast in Lainate.
It wasn’t just an investment: it was a clear idea, a vision I had cherished for a long time.
I dreamed of creating a welcoming, carefully designed place where travelers could feel at home, even far from home.
A B&B in Lainate, well connected to Milan and the nearby Rho Fiera, ideal both for short business stays and for regenerating breaks.
Living the home before welcoming others
At first, I chose to live here.
It wasn’t a random decision, but the natural evolution of that dream.
I wanted to experience every detail firsthand: the layout of the spaces, the comfort of the bed, the functionality of the kitchen, the morning light, the evening silence.
Only by living here could I truly understand that the space was ready to welcome others.
That experience taught me what it means to live with awareness, and allowed me to design my B&B in Lainate, Milan, always thinking about the guests who would one day stay here.

Even if a guest stayed for just one night, they had to feel welcomed and at ease, in a clean, harmonious, and authentic environment.
This is how I built the identity of B&B Sempione Apartment: day after day, brick by brick, with the same care you put into creating something you truly love.
Hospitality, My Key Word
I like to provide assistance, and I believe that hospitality is much more than just a word.
For me, it means being present, listening, and responding to needs with discretion, yet with genuine care.
I like to imagine that a stay at my bed and breakfast in Lainate, even if brief, can leave a positive memory—something that will accompany the traveler even after their departure.
A Place Designed

I thought of all this while I was still living in the apartment, located on the first floor of a quiet building in Via Sempione 20, Lainate, in the heart of Lombardy.
Lainate is a strategic town, peaceful yet well connected—ideal for those who want to stay just a few minutes from Milan, without giving up tranquility and quality of life.
Every morning, while sipping my coffee on the large balcony, I would try to imagine the feelings of my future guests.
I pictured professionals leaving for a conference at Rho Fiera Milano, families visiting the city, couples in search of relaxation—all different people, united by the desire for a peaceful stay.
When the Project

Life Surprised Me
When the house was finally ready, I understood it instantly.
It was the right moment to open the doors of Sempione Apartment and begin this adventure.
And, as often happens in life’s key moments, love also arrived. That’s when I met Sara, the woman who would become my wife.
She believed in the project from the very beginning and encouraged me to persevere in pursuing my dream.
B&B Sempione Apartment is the result of a vision born with me and carried forward with passion, but sharing my ideas with Sara made the journey even more inspiring:
her feminine perspective helped enhance both the aesthetics and the functionality of the spaces, without ever losing the true spirit of the project.

Today I am happy to welcome guests from all over Italy and abroad, offering a stay near Rho Fiera in a comfortable, private accommodation that is easily accessible from Milan.
Whether you are here to attend a trade fair, to explore the Lombard capital, or to enjoy a few days of relaxation away from the hustle and bustle, you will find a genuine place to stay, thoughtfully designed with care.
My goal is simple: to make every guest feel at ease, whatever the reason for their journey.
